Who can apply
- Rwandan civil society organizations, leagues and associations legally registered in Rwanda.
- Organizations whose mission includes promoting and protecting human rights.
- Organizations committed to non-partisan, rights-based and accountable ways of working.

Member responsibilities
- Uphold CLADHO's values, safeguarding standards and code of conduct.
- Take part in network activities, joint advocacy and governance meetings.
- Share information and evidence on human rights issues from your area of work.
Application process
- 1. Submit the form below with your organization's details.
- 2. The Secretariat reviews your application and may request supporting documents, such as your registration certificate and statutes.
- 3. Your application is considered under CLADHO's governance procedures.
- 4. We inform you of the decision and welcome new members into the network.
