Our Background
CLADHO is a leading umbrella of human rights organizations in Rwanda, committed to promoting, protecting, and advancing human rights for all. Established in March 1993, it is legally recognized under Ministerial Order No. 43/08/2011 and holds an official certificate from the Rwanda Governance Board.
CLADHO maintains active MoUs with key institutions including the National Human Rights Commission, the Ministry of Justice, MINECOFIN, the Ministry of Local Government, and Parliament.
